Set in the luxurious St. James Parish, there is a lot to do around the area. Holetown is just a 5 minute drive away, famously known as the first settlement in Barbados, filled with a huge variety of eateries and shopping centres. For local arts, crafts and fashion, be sure to visit the Chattel Village. Folkestone Marine Park & Visitor Centre is definitely worth visiting for an opportunity to swim with turtles and other mesmerising marine life.   • Villa at Sandy Lane – An indulgent five-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of the resort within its own picturesque gardens. This 678.19sqm villa has all you need for an opulent stay, included its own team of staff, a private courtyard, a pool and an oversized Jacuzzi. Guests also receive champagne on arrival, complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, daily breakfast, one $100 Spa voucher per adults, one family Sunday brunch, use of a luxury vehicle, unlimited use of motorised and non-motorised water sports, and unlimited use of the Fitness Centre and tennis courts.

A mandatory government levy of BDS$35.00 per bedroom per night (approx US$17.50) must be settled by the guest upon check-out from the hotel.  Levy is subject to change.

A minimum stay of 14 nights applies for all bookings over the festive season from 17-23 December.  Arrivals are limited from 24 December-06 January.

A minimum stay of 5 nights applies for bookings over United States of America Presidents' Day Weekend - 17 February 2024 to 22 February 2024 inclusive and over the Easter period from 28 March-01 April 2024 inclusive.

Restrictions will be similar every year on equivalent special occasion dates.
