Set on St James Beach on the west coast of Barbados, the property is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscapes with views spreading out over the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea.

The resort is located just a short distance from the capital of Bridgetown, filled with duty-free shopping at cruise ship terminals, upmarket boutiques on Broad Street and lots of interesting museums including the Barbados museum and George Washington house. Holetown, just a 5 minute drive down the road, offers shopping malls, cinemas and a variety of eateries. Luxury beaches surround the area including the stunning St James Beach right on your doorstep and Alleynes Bay, lined with lush palm trees and white sand, filled with restaurants and beach bars.

  • Luxury Oceanfront Room – Located directly above the beach on the 2nd floor, the stunning Luxury  rooms offer a glass-fronted balcony complete with sun loungers and most of these rooms are interconnecting. These rooms include Daily full buffet breakfast for two at the beachfront alfresco restaurant and platinum fast track service at the airport *. Maximum occupancy of these rooms is 2 adults (a rollaway bed can be added for a child 12 and under). 500 sq ft room with one king or two twin beds
     
  • Signature Oceanfront room – Located directly above the beach on the 3rd floor with furnished deck and outdoor living space directly overlooking the beach. These rooms include Daily full buffet breakfast for two at the beachfront alfresco restaurant, daily afternoon tea once every seven nights and platinum fast track arrival service at the airport.  Maximum occupancy of these rooms is 3 adults (a rollaway bed can be added for a child 12 and under). 500 sq ft room with one king or two twin beds
  • Beachfront  Suite – Feature direct beach access with a private 250  sq ft furnished deck and outdoor living space directly overlooking the beach. hese rooms include Daily full buffet breakfast for two at the beachfront alfresco restaurant, daily afternoon tea, butler service and complimentary evening canapes each day, plus platinum fast track arrival service at the airport with luxury return airport transfers.  Maximum occupancy of these rooms is 3 adults or two adults and two children (a rollaway bed can be added for a child 12 and under). 650 sq ft room with one king beds plus a queen size sofa bed

The Villa at Royal Pavilion

The resort's exclusive villa located in a secluded position in the gardens just steps from the pool and less than 100 metres from the beachfront,  The expansive Three Bedroomed villa can be booked as "Villa - Junior Suite" (top floor), "Villa - Two Bedroom" (main floor), or the entire entire Three-Bedroom villa.
All villa guests will enjoy the following VIP services - daily afternoon tea, luxury return airport transfers, Platinum Fast Track airport arrival service, butler service and bespoke arrival and departure amenities.

  • Villa - Junior Suite - Occupying the upper level of the villa with a private entrance, this 690 sq ft room has one King bed and sleeps a maximum of 2 people.  Views are of the garden from the room and seaview from the balcony
  • Villa - Two Bedroom Suite - Consisting of two bedrooms with Kingsize beds and en suite bathrooms, each room measures 310 sq ft, with the villa enjoying a total of 1,100 sqft and spectacular sea views.  Maximum occupancy 5 adults/6 people
  • Three Bedroom Villa - the complete villa combines the two room types above to give a total size of 1790 sq ft. Maximum occupancy 7 adults/8 people

 

* Please note - Book by 31 August 2024 to receive Platinum Fast Track arrival service when staying in a Luxury Oceanfront room.  For bookings made from 01 September 2024 this service will only be included for those booking the Signatiure Oceanfront room or higher category.

 

 

  • Palm Terrace Restaurant – Enjoy breakfast with fabulous ocean views,  In the evening enjoy refined dining with a fusion of international and Caribbean cuisines for a unique and tasty menu, accompanied by live music.  Open daily for breakfast 7-10.30am, and dinner from 6.45pm-10pm
  • Taboras Restaurant – Providing delicious Caribbean cuisine and an expansive bar, the ambiance here is relaxed. Dishes are focused around fresh and flavoursome ingredients and special culinary requests can be accommodated if required; open for lunch 12-3pm, afternoon tea 4-5pm and dinner 8.30-10pm. 
  • Bar open all day 8.30am-midnight,

Afternoon tea is included for guests staying in Beachfront Suites and The Villa. Guests staying in Signature Oceanfront Rooms are invited to afternoon tea once per stay.

Restaurant openings vary seasonally, with one restaurant operating in low season, subject to occupancy
