Overview

Fly to New York and spend a couple of nights in the Big Apple, exploring the sights, shopping the shops and sampling the bars and restaurants. Then fly onto the Caribbean and the Dominican Republic where you will spend seven nights. We've chosen the popular Bavaro Beach Resort as we think the location of this hotel is picture-perfect. Nestling in lush tropical gardens and opening out onto the exquisite sandy beach.There are three on-site restaurants and a further seven located on a sister resort which are all accessible to guests. It’s a huge resort and we think that you’d struggle to get bored even if you tried. There’s an 18-hole miniature golf course, a wide selection of non-motorised watersports available and a spa if you want to spend a little extra on the treatments.

Day 1

Fly to New York and transfer independently to your hotel, where you'll spend two nights. We suggest the Fitzpatrick Manhattan which blends Irish charm with a Manhattan twist, located in the heart of Midtown, perfect for exploring.

Day 2

A full day to see the sights, sample the restaurants and shop until you drop. See the Statue of Liberty, stroll in Central Park and enjoy the view from the top of the Empire State Building.

Day 3

Transfer independently to the airport and fly to the sunshine of the Dominican Republic. We suggest the Bavaro Beach Resort as a great place to enjoy a wide choice of activities and dining options, plus a beautiful beach on which to relax. You'll stay here for seven nights

Days 4 to 9

Welcome to the Caribbean - Relax over a cocktail, enjoy some watersports or be pampered in the spa
