Enhancement Project
Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort is expected to undergo an expansive enhancement project beginning in April 2025 that is expected to elevate amenities, common spaces, and guest rooms. While some on property renovations will take place throughout 2024, Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort will maintain normal operations until 15th April, 2025, working to ensure the guest experience is not impeded. On 15th April 2025 the resort will temporarily close until 15th December, 2025.
Upon completion, Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort will offer a new design in all guest rooms; refreshed public areas and pools and an all-new lounge, exclusive beach club and rooftop for Preferred Club guests. The Night Club and the Rendezvous lobby bar will be redesigned and renovated, and Portofino, the Italian restaurant will be upgraded. Additionally, the current French restaurant, Bordeaux, will rebrand to an Amazonian restaurant that will include a Chef’s Table.
