Overview

Just 15 minutes from the airport, Magdalena Grand Beach Resort is set on the 750-acre Tobago Plantations Estate on the Atlantic coast of Tobago. This is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday; the spacious, well-appointed rooms offer true Caribbean style and comfort, and all are ocean-facing.

The range of activities includes tennis, spa sessions and hiking trails within the grounds. There’s even an 18-hole championship golf course if you’d like to tee off.  With three beautiful swimming pools including one that is exclusively for adults and stretches of long sandy beach, swimming and sunbathing come easy too. There’s a PADI dive centre too, making it a perfect place to explore beneath the surface of Tobago’s stunning sea.

We love the choice of three restaurants plus a delicious pastry shop and café. Kali’na is one of the top dining experiences in Tobago, offering up delicious Caribbean fusion cuisine with a romantic atmosphere. There are three great bars too, including a swim-up pool bar serving up a delectable Pina Colada and many other amazing cocktails.

Top Tip: The resort generously offers complimentary shuttle transfers to nearby Pigeon Point National Park (entrance to the park is not included and needs to be paid locally), which offers a great choice of onsite activities including diving, golf and spa treatments.
