Days 1-5

Kos

Kos is known for its sensational sandy beaches, ancient sites and authentic traditional villages. We highly recommend hiring a car for a day to explore the beautiful beaches and historical sites. A must whilst you are on the island, is a trip to the Old Town of Kos to take in its history whilst enjoying the bustle of atmospheric bars, restaurants and local shops. Tip: visit the Old Town is in evening when it much cooler.

Days 5-11

Rhodes

Ferry time between Kos and Rhodes takes approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.

Rhodes is claimed to be the sunniest island in Greece, so no excuse not to enjoy its fabulous beaches by hiring a car for the day. Like its neighbour Kos, Rhodes offers so much history with its ancient ruins and cobbled streets, with the highlight being ‘The Colossus of Rhodes’ - one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Take a trip to the north of the island to visit the Old Town of Rhodes which was formed way back in 408 BC. The is so much history to take in, perhaps over a cool drink or tasty Greek dish.
