Overview

Enjoy a relaxed stay at Palazzo Del Garda Hotel & Spa, taking advantage of its attractive outdoor pool, hotel tub and comfortable loungers. If you fancy a bustling atmosphere, just take a 15-minute stroll down the hill and you will be in the middle of the centre of Desenzano with its numerous bars, fabulous restaurants, and designer boutique shops.

Located on the southern banks of the Lake Garda Desenzano is a village of considerable charm and a rich artistic, historic and archaeological heritage, dating back to the Roman era. At the heart of Desenzano is Piazza Malvezzi and also the ancient harbour. There are some notable Roman ruins, not least a stunning 4th century Roman Villa with beautiful mosaics and a medieval castle offering breathtaking views of the Lake.

The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast each morning, with numerous continental options available, whilst eggs and omelettes can be cooked to your order. In the evening, we highly recommend popping into the village of Desenzano to choose a local restaurant of your choice.

 

Please note: there is a steep hill up to the hotel, so not recommended for those with reduced mobility.
