Based to the South of Male Island in the Meemu Atoll, accessible via seaplane, Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives offers classic Maldivian beauty and high levels of service at fantastic value for money. The resort has undergone some dramatic changes. The island now boasts main island accommodation as well as accommodation on a private adults only island connected to the main island with a walkway.

The resort is a great choice if you’re a fan of exploring the sea. Complimentary boat trips are offered to all guests to a range of great snorkelling sites. And for an additional charge you can make use of the PADI certified dive centre.

Top Tip: The resort offers a number of off-site excursions. They come at an additional charge, but they are really worth it if you’d like to get out and explore.

Based on the beautiful island of Hakuraa Huraa, the resort is found in the south of the Meemu Atoll.

  • Transfer is by seaplane, between 06:00am to 17:30pm and takes 45 mins.
  • You can now also take a speedboat transfer from Male International Airport (approximate duration of the speedboat transfer is 2 hours and 15 minutes)

  • Malaafaiy Restaurant – the main buffet restaurant serves an international spread with serene views over the lagoon. Open for Breakfast from 7am - 9:30am, Lunch from 12:30pm - 2:30pm and Dinner from 7pm - 9:30pm

  • King Crab Restaurant – the specialty seafood restaurant located at the far end of the island to all guests. Booking essential! Open from 7:30pm - 10:30pm

  • Veli Pool Bar & Lounge – located in the heart of the island with gorgeous views over the beach and ocean. Offering a wide variety of drinks and cocktails with live music perfomances each evening, this bar provides a relaxed, but lively atmosphere. Open from 8am - midnight

Platinum Island - the Adult Only Island

  • Manzaru Restaurant - The main restaurant on the private adult only island offering continental and buffet dining. Exclusive for guests staying in the Platinum Beach Bungalows. Open for Breakfast from 7am - 9:30am, Lunch from 12:30pm - 2:30pm and Dinner from 7pm - 9:30pm

  • Vevu Pool Bar a& Lounge - Situated on the adults only island, serving international cocktails and chic entertainment. Exclusive for guests staying in the Platinum Beach Bungalows.Open from 8am - midnight
