  • Beach Villa – 70sqm individual villas based in the pretty gardens just a short walk from the beach, facing the lagoon side of the island. Sleeps three adults or two adults and one child.
  • Beach Bungalow – 90sqm lavish villas set amongst the gardens and featuring a hot tub in the bathroom. Sleeps two adults.
  • Superior Beach Villa – 90sqm villas with a contempory design featuring an indoor and outdoor daybed and a hot tub in the bathroom. Sleeps three adults or two adults and one child.
  • Deluxe Beach Villa - 95sqm villas facing the lagoon side of the island, located along the beach and featuring wooden decks with sunloungers, sun umbrella and daybed with a bath, shower, an expansive outdoor area with a rainfall shower, sala bed for two, and a hot tub on an elevated deck. Sleeps three adults or two adults and one child.
  • Two Bedroom Beach House - 205sqm villas, perfect for families or friends travelling together and located at the top end of the island facing either the lagoon or reef, featuring two-storey accommodations, with each level offering its own spacious bedroom, day bed and a wooden sundeck or balcony and bathrooms with bath, shower and an outdoor rainfall shower. Sleeps four adults and two children or two adults and four children.
  • Water Villa – 90sqm villas situated over the water, close to the house reef, featuring an oversized two-tiered sundeck with hot tub, sunloungers and sun umbrella and panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Sleeps two or three adults.
  • Deluxe Water Villa - 115sqm villas set in the middile of the lagoon, featuring a free standing bath in the bathroom and a wine chiller with a choice of over 30 wines from around the world. Sleeps two or three adults.
  • Pool Villa - 165sqm villas situated at the edge of the beach. The bedroom offers stunning views of the infinity pool (18sqm) and featuring a walk-in wardrobe, a freestanding bath and a separate outdoor rainfall shower. Sleeps three adults or two adults and one child.
  • Water Villa with Pool - 142sqm villas situated either in the lagoon or facing the house reef, all featuring modern interiors similar to the Deluxe Water Villas. These villas also include a private pool (18sqm) overlooking the ocean. Sleeps two or three adults.
  • Thundi Water Villa with Pool - 142sqm villas identical to the Water Villas in tyle, stituated on the edge of the Kuramathi sand bank. Sleeps two or three adults.
  • Honeymoon Pool Villa – 310sqm villas featuring a seperate living area with a sofa and large flat screen TV. At the back is an open-air bathroom with a spacious ceiling-lit shower, a bath for two, and an air-conditioned dining area and a 10-meter lap pool. Sleeps two adults.

  • Haruge, Malaafaiy, Farivalhu - Located in different parts of the island, these three buffet restaurants in the Maldives provide a delightful dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast features a continental spread with a selection of cereals, fresh pastries, bread, fruits, juices, and a live cooking station where eggs, waffles, and pancakes are made to order. Lunch offers a lighter selection, including a variety of salads and sandwiches, while dinner presents themed buffets showcasing flavors from around the globe. Open for Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00; Lunch is from 12:30 to 14:00 and Dinner is from 7pm-9pm.
  • Island Coffee Shop - Offering all-day dining with a varied international menu, a special selection of local curries, and afternoon tea. Enjoy a relaxed dining experience with views of the infinity pool. Open from 9am-12am.
  • Siam Garden - Nestled within the lush greenery of Kuramathi, Siam Garden offers guests an authentic Thai dining experience. The menu features a rich array of flavourful dishes from Thailand's four regions, including seafood, fish, vegetarian, beef, and chicken options, as well as delightful Thai fruits, desserts, and Asian herbal teas. Siam Garden is open for dinner every evening and hosts a special "Discover Thai Food" buffet once a week. Open for dinner from 7pm - 10.30pm.
  • Tandoor Mahal - Nestled within lush gardens, Tandoor Mahal invites guests to indulge in traditional Tandoori cuisine, featuring flavorful curries, aromatic rice dishes, Biriyani, and a variety of Indian breads.   • The Reef - The  signature seafood restaurant offering an intimate dining experience perched above a stunning turquoise lagoon. Guests can savor the freshest catch from Maldivian waters, complemented by premium seafood sourced internationally. Each dish is prepared to your preference, ensuring a personalized culinary journey. Guests aged six and above only. Open for dinner from 7pm-10.30pm.
  • Kobe - A teppanyaki dining experience set over the water, featuring an engaging culinary performance. Open for dinner from 7pm-10.30pm.
  • Palm - Offering a vibrant array of exquisite Mediterranean-inspired dishes.   • Inguru - Located on the lagoon side with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, we offer an enticing selection of Asian cuisines enhanced with a subtle Western twist. Delight in light dining options during the day, and indulge in exquisite Asian Fusion dishes for dinner, all set against the stunning backdrop of the ocean. Open for lunch from 11am-5pm. Open for dinner from 7pm-10.30pm for guests aged six and above only.
  • Island Barbeque - Perched on the beach with stunning views of the sea and the infinity pool, this stylish restaurant specialises in charcoal-grilled meats, flambé creations, and fresh organic greens sourced from the island. Bageecha Kids Club - Bageecha, meaning "garden" or "park" in the local language, is the dedicated Kids Club at Kuramathi, open daily from 8.30am-6.30pm with complimentary services for children aged 3-12 years.  Bageecha is also available by prior reservation from 6.30pm until midnight for an extra charge.

The club features a spacious outdoor area with a whale seesaw, swing set, sandpit, BBQ area, splash pads, tree house, and a large children’s swimming pool. Kids can enjoy a variety of activities, including badminton, soccer, ping pong, tennis, cricket, Olympic games, water polo, art and crafts, musical chairs, marine life activities, botanic walks, movies, BBQs, and Eco Centre visits.

A trained team ensures that the little ones have a great time, so parents can relax and enjoy their own activities.

A crèche and babysitting services is available at an additional charge for babies and toddlers under three.
